Black Friday is back and there are some great deals to be had at retailers across the shopping centre. If you’re looking to bag a bargain, but not sure where to start here’s a round-up of some of the best offers that we’ve seen so far.
Buckle up
If you’re in need of a new pair of boots, then now is the time to buy. Head to Deichmann where’s there’s a whopping 50% off men’s women’s and kids’ boots. There’s a huge range of different styles and makes including named brands and they’ve even got walking boots, which are perfect for winter strolls and make great Christmas presents.
Scent-sational prices
Good news for fragrance lovers, Black Friday has arrived at The Perfume Shop. There are loads of amazing offers to choose from, plus you’ll get 20% off when you spend £60 on selected big brands such as Prada, Hugo Boss, Armani, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Lancome and many more.
And at The Fragrance Shop there’s up to 70% off big-name brands including Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino and Jean Paul Gaultier. Don’t forget members also get an extra 20% off while students get a 15% discount so now might be a good time to sign up. There are some brilliant offers on gift sets too.
We also spotted some fabulously fragrant deals at Boots too! Get 60ml of Jimmy Choo Blossom Eau de Parfum for £29, YSL Black Opium Eau de Parfum Extreme 50ml for £51 or Vera Wang Princess for Women Eau de Toilette for just £18.99, while Marc Jacobs Dot Eau de Parfum, and Gucci Guilty For Him Eau de Toilette are both half price.
Beauty bargains
While Black Friday won’t officially hit until the 29th, the BF deals have already begun with early offers on everything from skincare and make-up to haircare and fragrance at
at health and beauty retailers, Boots and Superdrug.
There are loads of gift sets to choose from at Boots including the Champneys Wellness Spa Collection, Ted Baker Beauty Drawstring Drawer and Merry Clinique Beauty Gift Set. At Superdrug, it’s the same story with spectacular prices on sets…we’re talking Studio London brushes, Sanctuary spa goodies and lots of Living and home products.
The Macmillan 24 Days of Joy calendar is currently better than half-price at Boots. Not only is it stuffed with pampering and beautifying treats from household names such as Liz Earle, Soap & Glory and No. 7, but it also gives back, with £2 from every calendar going to Macmillan Cancer Support.
And if you’re hanging in there for electronics, don’t hold back, there are already half-price offers on Oral B electric toothbrushes at both retailers and huge discounts on IPL devices and Dyson products at Boots.

It’s unlikely that the Black Friday deals will be better than that, so we’d recommend buying now if you fancy one of these marvellous reads.
Maxxed out
If you’re a big TK Maxx fan, then you’re going to love their Black Friday deals. Across the store there are first-class deals on designer luggage from the likes of Samsonite and Moncrief, unbrrr-lievable discounts on ski wear so you can hit the slopes in style and sparkling savings on jewellery and watches. And if you’re after kitchenware, look no further – there are lots of Kitchen Aid products on sale. Big-brand beauty items more your bag? You’ll find some great-value products and gift sets on the shop floor – Christian Breton in particular. In fact, there’s everything you need to fill a posh but very reasonably priced stocking.
Healthy Savings
When it comes to wellness, Holland & Barrett is our go-to, so we were delighted to see the Black Friday offers rolling in. Whether you’re after supplements for gut and heart health or to support your joints, bones and muscles, there’s up to 50% (more in some cases) off tons of products. Love Manuka honey but not keen on the hefty price tag? Buy now! There are lots of collagen products on offer too. Our advice - stock up now while there are BIG discounts and get yourself through winter the healthy way.
Sale sprint
While there are currently no sportswear sales to report on, we have done a bit of digging and found out that Black Friday is set to be another HUGE event at Sports Direct, with lots of amazing offers on men’s, women’s and kids’ clothing, footwear and accessories. At the moment it looks like the store will hang on until the official Black Friday date of 29 November but watch this space in case the deals come early.
